Many of you have asked me how I make the collages of thumbnail pictures (like the one above of Antarctica) on the 'word wall' in my classroom. Here's how it's done......
Click on the picture above and it will link you to a website called 'Montage a Google'. Click on the sample montage, put in a keyword and hit 'search'. An on-screen message tells you how many images have been found and you then just click 'create montage'. You can refine your finished picture by using the 'Advanced Options'. To save and print your montage, use the Control +Print Screen command and paste into a photo editing package.
